About Us
H.P. Cummings has been building projects throughout New England for over 130 years. Our current territory covers Maine, New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts and Vermont.
We provide building expertise during both design and construction periods.
We work openly and place a high value on satisfying both our clients and the design team.
Our experience throughout New England includes working with many different owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. This, in turn, has increased the companies knowledge of various approaches and solutions that are not available to those who operate in a more limited area. When bidding, negotiating or performing the duties of a Contractor/ Construction Manager, the firm can draw from its combined experience and the project benefits.
Most of our administrative core personnel have worked together for H.P. Cummings for over 20 years. This length of service for one company is exceptional.
