Green Update | | June 22, 2010 - In August of 2009 Two projects received LEED certifications. The Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care received a silver certification and Colby College Dormitory Project involving two buildings both received gold certifications. That brings HP Cummings completed LEED Project Tally to

- 3 Gold
- 2 Platinum
- Green Mountain College occupied Bozen Hall late August on Schedule. This project involved turning a patient clinic/office building into a new dormitory for 26 students. Renovations occurred during summer recess. On May 13, 2010 this project received LEED Gold Certification with 40 points achieved.
- Lyndon State College occupied their new Academic Center in late August on schedule. This eight million dollar project involved over 30,000 sf of new space completed in 12 months. Crews worked successfully through record breaking cold weather during the 2008-2009 winter. This project is pursuing LEED Gold certification.
