🚧 Exciting progress update from Grand Senior Living! 🏗️
We're thrilled to share the latest developments happening on-site:
The walls are all complete, and we've successfully poured the slabs at the Garden level. Our crane pad is prepped, the crane has been delivered, and it's now onsite, ready for action.
Exterior panels have been set, and we're putting the finishing touches on the interior walls. We've started setting floor joists at the Garden level and will soon follow up with Advantech floor sheathing.
We're expecting the delivery of lobby-level panels by the end of this week, marking another significant milestone in our progress. Meanwhile, we're making steady progress on the garage, with half of the slab already poured and the other half scheduled for today.
Walls and slabs at the South building have been backfilled, and we're currently running underground electrical and plumbing. The historic building's slab and thickened slab are on track for completion by the end of April.

Exciting Construction Update for My Place Hotel in Randolph: The roofing phase is officially wrapped up, marking a significant milestone being dried in; the watertightness has opened the door for interior rough-in activities to commence.
MEP inspections are complete on the third floor, paving the way for the upcoming drywall installation slated for the next two weeks. The progression of drywall work is closely following MEP rough-in activities, with each floor seeing a sequential transition.
Meanwhile, progress on the exterior is moving steadily, with over 50% completion of siding installation and all windows and exterior doors now in place. Sitework activities are set to resume on April 1st, focusing on wrapping up underground utilities and preparing for the utility building.
In other exciting news, our site has been buzzing with visits from Vermont State University Randolph Campus, Central Vermont Career Center, and upcoming Randolph Technical Career Center tours. Sharing our progress and insights with these eager learners has been a pleasure. Kudos to CVCC for their impressive work this year across various building activities!
